Our office is located at the Lake Faith Medical Plaza in Maitland, FL. There is abundant, free surface parking all around the building. When you enter from Maitland Avenue, please look for the big peach building. Our name is on the outside of the building as well.
Driving Directions
From the North:
- Take I-4 West to Maitland Bvld (exit 90A).
- After 1.5 miles, turn left onto N Maitland Ave.
- Lake Faith Professional Center is on your immediate right.
- Make the first right onto Lookout Place.
- Turn right into the parking lot and park in any space.
- Suite 201 is on the second floor; use the stairs or elevator.
From the West:
- Take the 408 East to I-4 East (exit 10B).
- Take I-4 East to Maitland Bvld (exit 90A).
- After 1.5 miles, turn left onto N Maitland Ave.
- Lake Faith Professional Center is on your immediate right.
- Make the first right onto Lookout Place.
- Turn right into the parking lot and park in any space.
- Suite 201 is on the second floor; use the stairs or elevator.
From the South:
- Take I-4 East to Maitland Bvld (exit 90A).
- After 1.5 miles, turn left onto N Maitland Ave.

- Take 417 to University Bvld (exit 37).
- Turn right onto University Bvld.
- After 1 mile, turn right onto Hall Rd.
- After 1 mile, continue onto Howell Branch Rd.
- After 4.6 miles, continue onto E Horatio Ave.
- After 1.4 miles, turn right onto N Maitland Ave.
- In 0.5 miles, you will cross Maitland Bvld; Lake Faith Professional Center is on your immediate right.
- Make the first right after Maitland Bvld onto Lookout Place.
- Turn right into the parking lot and park in any space.
