From the front desk, to the assistant who got my height and weight, Dr Devin during the consultation, and the assistant who took my blood samples. Everyone was amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel that that main goal was to educated me on making the right decision. Kudos to the informational video at the very beginning too. That was a great touch

Despite repeated fax requests from Publix in Lake Mary, Dr. Kristin Jackson never sent them an alternative medication for me. The first medication was not approved by Humana. The pharmacist at Publix (Weldon Boulevard, Lake Mary) advised me to contact your office today. I left a message. I was told Dr. Jackson would be paged and then she would call me. She never did. I will call your office as soon as it opens on Monday morning. Then, I will discuss with the pharmacist at Publix in Lake Mary why Dr. Jackson is not replying to their fax requests.

Devin always asks if I have any questions or issues with the medication. I see her for weight loss which I believe I began seeing her around May 2024 since beginning this weight loss journey I have lost at least 3 pounds every month and often more than 3 pounds. I highly recommend Devin she is very personable and very willing to help
