Dr Jackson is very friendly and knowledgeable in her field. She is a good listener and understanding. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasant experience to visit the office.

Hard to get ahold of by phone during business hrs, hard to get nurse call backs, and don’t feel that the communication is being understood as far as what me as the patient needs. Appt was so far past ct scan etc.
