The initial paperwork for a new patient is overwhelming and many questions appeared unnecessary or not applicable. Way too bureaucratic and annoying.

Dr. Jackson was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. The lady at the front desk was so nice, I got a nice friendly greeting as soon as I opened the door and she was such a joy to talk to.

I arrived early for my appointment and was taken early. The staff is always very efficient and always smiling. The procedure I had done was quick and very little discomfort. Every time I go to Advanced Urogynecology I am extremely pleased with every person in the office, from the front desk personnel, the nurses and Dr. Jackson herself. Their office is run efficiently and there is very little wait time. The staff are concerned about the patient's well care and perform their jobs carefully. I wish all doctors' offices could be like this.
