Starts at front desk greeting, very minimal wait. Rosalind made me very comfortable, relaxed as she explained to me every step of her service. I expressed how nervous l was but she was great distracting me while she proceeded. Before l realized it was over and leaving as one extremely satisfied patient. I 100% reccomend this Urogynecologist Office if needs be. Thank you Rosalind.

I saw Dr. Kristin Jackson today. Her and the staff are very professional and friendly. I was able to fill out new patient forms prior to going into the office online. This cut down on the amount of time I sat in the waiting room. Brooke explained all of the billing procedures up front. The overall visit went very well. Dr. Jackson explained everything in detail and even used diagrams. I would definitely refer family and friends to this office.

Dr Jackson is very knowledgeable and cares for her patient. She is extremely thoughtful and informative concerning what she is doing and keeping the patient informed at all times. Love the staff. They are thoughtful and quick to respond to any questions. Love this practice.

I liked Dr Jackson very much, but I feel like I spent most of my time with paperwork. Would have liked more time with the doctor….in my case, explain the retraining i am required to do as part of my healing. Definitely would want more time with Dr Jackson.
